It's best to give it some time to age, I haven't dry iced myself, but I love to ice hash. It's a bit like beaujolais nouvais wine, it might lack something in nuanced flavours and high, but it has a powerful clean hit.
I say, go for it, if you got a fair amount, there is a zingy freshness to new born hash, try some and keep some back and make up your own mind.
BTW, I think trim hash or otherwise is way overlooked, I never smoked anything better than Nepalese hash, clean, no paranoia, great spicy sweet flavour, lucid and peaceful.
