First, welcome to the farm. :D

Second, since you're getting into this as a business, I think it's important that you learn what all the applicable laws are, and what they're called. There was no Proposition 420, it was 215 (constitutional amendment). 420 was an SB (senate bill) that was ratified by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, IIRC, in The People vs Kelly.

Third, you've got some reading to do! :)
