Hello I am new here and new to growing. I am growing Northern Lights Auto in hydroponics, and I was wondering if this is nute burn. I am only using 1/4 strength.

I doubt it. Nute burn will usually cause burned (brown) leaf tips. With more severe cases, the burn will run down the edges of the leaves. Necrosis/chlorosis between the veins is likely a nutrient deficiency, relative to the amount of light. My first guesses would be calcium or magnesium, but...those are guesses.
