Hi everyone I'm new here and am starting my first grow in a 8 by 4 tent with a 1000watt hps/mh air cooled light I have 2 questions which I will also post in the begginer section what soil perporetions do I want to use I have fox farm soil peat moss vermiculite and perlite I was thinking 1 part soil to 1/3 part peat moss 1/3 part vermiculite 1/3 part perlite how's that sound and how close can I put my light to 6" 10 day old og clones that are in about 16oz cups

welcome to the farm! Never did a soil mix with those components. wut type of light are you useing?? i wouldn't personally put your clones in such a small container they can strangle them selves if there already rooted.
