Help any reason why she may be looking like this? Gnats or some infestation?

Could have a bit of too much food. Some leaves look like they had a bit too much nitrogen. What NPK, how much and how often? Its nothing to worry about so far but if you keep feeding them too much nitrogen could be a problem.

I feed pridelands bloom 1 tbsp per gallon once a week

It has a NPK of 2-5-5, the nitrogen thingy could have been from the nitrogen you were giving in veg as long as youre not going above the recomended dosage (I dont know, dont have that brand in Spain, all I could do is search the NPK in google), its a top dressing so it lasts for a while, more than one week even if they tell you to use it every week to reinforce the nutes. Should be fine, just keep an eye for burned tips and edges as it could be too much NPK, so far I only see that at some point they might have had a bit too much nitrogen.
