Firs of all welcome to The Fatn.

Now on to the LEDSs. Avoid those cheap generic Chinese 1W or 3W leds. If I were you I would be looking for Cree or Luxeon LEDs. Once you decided how many of which you need and calculated output power you need to decide what drivers you need. LEDs are current controlled devices so you need to search for constant current drivers. Before that you need to know how hard you'll be drivin your LEDs than calculate how many can you wire in series and find appropriate drivers. Also you could consider not using LEDS OF individual wavelength but go the COB route. It's way easier to wire those than individuals like you wanted. Give some more input on desired output and how many of which wavelengths you want to put together.
