Help determine when she’s ready for harvest

Here’s the mother plan I took all my clones from and I know she’s getting close to harvest. I’m just not sure if I’m looking at the right part I included the pic and circle what I think is what I need to look at. She’s a She’s a little rough looking. I wasn’t planning on harvesting it but things...

Looking good there! Sure there's still a few clears but I'm seeing mostly opaque and amber in there. Last week, now or next week would all be okay depending how you like it but you don't want to put it off much longer than that from the look of things. Bottom Pic looks like it's approaching 20% amber
