Found a few of these guys running around on my soil. It looks like a type of mite, heaven forbid SPIDERMITE! My other guess is root aphid but I count 4 legs. Please help me diagnose and eradicate these little monsters!

they are currently on my little lettuce garden in a separate room from the cannabis plants. I do not want to dispose of the lettuce but I certainly do not want them to infest my cannabis

Probably not a pest but a predator that eats them. Hypoaspis perhaps? Many types of mites but probably added into a soil mix but the manufacturer
I hope so, all mites look so similar. I had arugula in this soil before planting these romaines. There was no sign of webbing on the arugula. I re use soil and I suppose pests are a real danger when budget gardening.
