At first glance this looks to me like PM. But too hard for me tell from the pic to be certain.

Another stab in the same pic, your tips look like they're starting to yellow. I'm guessing when you say ppm 1.2 you mean EC 1.2. So PPM of 600. If it were me, I'd assume that's a little too strong for them right now.

About 3 week
In 6 liter pots
I coco perlight
Water wen they dry out with tap water witch i buble for a day and hav heater in vat.
Ph5.8
Feed is silica .ubr grow high (mycrobs) cal mag .mills a n b .an a start booster . Witch is hi ec so water down to 1.2
Folar feed with silica ubr n cal mag
Lights top pic is under a hps 18 inch above plant other pic is under led an 18 inches from plant (doing a side by side )
Temps 79 rh 75
Not noticed any insect and this is 3d grow

Drop RH to 55%, with the yellowing at the tips possible nitrogen (N) deficiency or potassium (k) I’d lean more towards K. That being said I don’t grow in coco so I could be way off base. Lots of coco growers around here they’ll fix you up.

Well from looking a the plant nutriant deficiency chart .could be phosphorus or manganese with the pic with the purple spot on and othere one could be a cal deficiency because i see a pic on instrage with litle white spots on the leaf and he said its was cal deficiency and because im in coco an coco eats cal mag thinking it could be that or just some kinda bleaching or burn from folair spray.
