Help diagnosing spots and dead leave edges

Overall the plant is doing well. But I see these spots on some of the fan leaves and then one of the fan leaves has these brown edges. Pics below. Any help/guidance appreciated.

Have you taken a look at the underside of the leaves for bugs? You might need 60x magnification to see them

I did look with my jewelers loupe that I can see the trichomes easily with but idk if it’s 60x magnification I’ll have to look. I’ll have to look b/c it was around other plants that are at different stages but aren’t showing any of those symptoms. I did isolate her though now but that was for other reasons
