Can someone please suggest what could be wrong with my girls?
This is developing on a couple of the lower leaves of plants in my grow tent.
Could it be a nutrient deficiency or something else?
The plants seem otherwise healthy except for 4 leaves that had powdery mildew which were removed and the plants treated with fungicide.

Without full plant photos and some more information its going to be hard to tell.
Lights, nutes, how often you water, soil/coco/hydro. The more info that you give, the more help fellow Farmers can give.

Thank you for your reply.
We’re using:
a lumatek Zeus 6000w pro at 100%, 18/6 timer, 60cm from the top of the plants.
An exhale co2 bag
Planted in fabric 40 litre pots of living soil with a small amount of perlite for extra drainage
Watered with straight, dechlorinated water that is kept at 22*C every third day to just before run off
Every second water includes water from rinsing my outdoor fishpond filter
Misted with optic foliar Overgrown spray every third day
Intake and exhaust fans set to keep tent at negative pressure
2 small oscillating fans for air movement within tent
Plants have been topped and side branches fimmed
Plants placed so they’re not touching each other
2 trays of water on floor to increase humidity (we’re still new at this so trying to learn how to keep the temperature and humidity steady)
I’ll take photos of the whole plants next time I can get to them

At first glance and reading your description. It seems to me like that spray May have messed up those leaves. Maybe you sprayed and some of the leaves burned from that spray. Every 3 days maybe too much. How is your humidity. Is it high? Also we’re the gams directly blowing on those leaves?
