Help dialing in certain nutes. Seaweed, Azomite, Dolomite?

Hey buds, just looking for a reference as to how much I should use for my 2nd grow.

I'm starting off in a solo cup
Moving on to a 1 gallon plastic container
then a 3 gallon smart pot for flowering.

I just wanted to know what dosage I should initially use for these products:
Neptunes organic Seaweed fertilizer 0-0-1
powdered Azomite
and Dolomite lime.

For my last grow I used 1 scoop (30ish grams) per 3 gallons of soil and the same goes for the dolomite lime.

I just don't wanna overdo it with these components.

Any help?
