If you don’t have a light meter you can down load one to your phone. You want about 5,000 lux at this point. The box for your light states it is rated at 25,000. Raising the light will lower the lux at leaf height. Those leaves will not recover. Watch new growth for signs of recovery. Good luck.

The 25,000 is hours of life for the lightI’m not familiar with that app. I use Photone which allows the user to select the light source e.g LED, HID, etc.

Someone recommended miracle gro seed starting potting mix as to watering I’ve just been making sure the soil doesn’t get dry so keeping it moist basically every 3 hours.
