I have this plant that is almost 3 weeks old. I’ve been watering it about every 3-4 days whenever the top inch feels dry. It seems small and not growing very fast. I’ve been watering until runoff in a circle around the plant

Well it's overwatered. Looks the size of my 5 day old seedling. The roots stop searching for water and growing. Lift up that cup get familiar with how water&soil feel. I let the seedling go for 5 days without water in those cups. Do the same with the big pots your gonna use.

That size at three weeks? Does that include germination time? Surprised it's still kicking. The weed Gods must be smiling on you, my friend. I use a spray bottle for the first 3 weeks or so. Pouring water in, it will just sink to the bottom. That sprout does need more than a spray or two, depending on your sprayer.

More like 2 weeks but yeah it’s definitely over watered. Thanks

Use clear solo cups for seed sprouting you can watch root development and even see how moist your soil is down lower in the cup. Drop clear cups into the red ones to block roots from light

Just a tip for next time, fill the cup all the way to the top with soil.
