Hey guys,

Looking for some expert advice here. My AK47 auto is 85 days old. Suppose to be done around day 90, I’m thinking it will take more time but I’m growing in soil and under LEDs.

I did a soil ph test, showing 6.0.

My understanding is calcium gets Locked out under 6.2. My plant is showing some yellow tips and brown spots. Is this a calcium problem?

I’ve been watering with 6.8 water now to try and bring up the soil ph.

My environment is dialled in.

What do I do from here? Help save my first harvest !

doesn't look like calium deficiency to me ...

for sure it won't be ready in 90 days, still some weeks to go, pistil are mostly white, and bud look like they could swell some more.

well i did not see the rust color and one circular brown spot at first on the third photos, not sure about the rust color but yeah the circular brown dot could be a early sign of very little ca deficiency.

but overall plant health seem good enough for this stage in flower.

You wont kill it and doesn't need saving -shes fine, a couple of spots, make sure she has what she needs for nutrients, a lot of bio-mass and shes full bloom, hungry. (those leaves will look ravaged in the end) at least a few weeks to go.
I love the "branching habit" on that Plant who's the breeder?

Water where I’m at is very hard. Mid 8’s. I don’t believe the soil would buffer it enough to be suitable.

Thanks for the insight !

Do you pick off leaves showing deficiencies or just leave them?

it's always better to let the plant cannibalize the leaves 80% or so before removing them, as it will most of the time start cannibalize the next leaves afterward
yes because it needs proper feeding,,.
really no such thing as fall colours indoors,. unless purposely induced by genetics, environment, adjusting ph,..
this is either phosphorus or a calcium deficiency more than likely,..
and needs to be fixed, this grow looks to be 3-4 weeks from finishing

Ahh okay my next grow I’ll just water right from tap. Do you leave water out for a few days to dechlorinate??
well yes,. have a couple 5 gallon pails i switch between,..
more so for ease of mixing nutrients

Agreed strongly. I am wanting to fix this.

I’m trying to grow organically and I’m using GG nutes dry ammendments. I’m thinking I’ve been too light on them throughout the grow. Plant looks stunty imo.

Any thoughts on how to get a handle on this going the organic route ??

just stop using ph stuff, by the way what stuff are you using?
especially with gg,
next time do everything the same except for ph’ing
your plant is an auto and to me looks great,..

I’m growing in a blend 70% promix HP 30% FFOF.

Using “Root Up/Down” ph control. Some cheap stuff from Canadian tire.

I appreciate the help and support from you and this community. Very thankful!
