HELP ! I am finding leaves with spots and brown blotches - what did i do wrong ?

I'm finding this developing on the majority of leaves. What have done wrong ?

looks like thrips the same thing mine just went through. recommend Neam oil and lots of sticky paper. kill as many as you can by hand. the little things are a pain. Looks just like my link.

It could be either of those. I tend to think of nutrients before I think of pests, but I grow inside. So, to me, it looks somewhat like a calcium deficiency. Can you tell us about your growing environment and media? That might help us figure out what's happening.
