I have to thank all who have given me advice aswell as technical support. As of now the problem has gone away. Hopefully not to comeback. Im uploading some progress pix N reports on my journal, titled "and so it begins". Peace and best of luck 2 all.

Check your temperature and humidity levels.. If they are high, your plants may be transpiring and what you what you are seeing, ate water droplets being squeezed out of the plant, and your lights burning holes in the leaves... The white residue are salts.
