Leaves of two plants right One healthy but left?

Leaf on left looks riddled with bugs and leaf on right got too much fertilizer.

but cant tell much without a full plant pic. Loose leaves are not that helpful.

Yes I chek it this is for mites pls help how can I remove it from my plant they are very small im in veg now
