help! is this nute lockout?

High! Hope anyone can help out. is this nute lockout? if so, what should i do? only the lower part has it. started with ph fluctuation last weekend. my ph swung from (Friday)5.7-6.4(Monday). i didn't change nute. just topped off with 1/4 strength nutes and brought down the ph to 5.8 that same Monday. Topped off again with ph'd water which brought down the ph to 5.5. Today, I changed res & brought EC to 1.1. I don't get to see my grow till Monday again. Thanks!

Drop your Ec to like .3 and give em a week. Way too high, what's your res temps

oh shoot.. went away for the weekend already won't be able to see my grow till monday. looks like it will get worse for her over the weekend. my res is 23c, i don't have a chiller for this. res size is too small too around 1.7L only.
