Looking for help on what this might be and any suggestions to fix. This is an outside grow currently in some generic soil. FFOF will arrive this week and will be changed. Not sure if nutrient issue, watering issue or bug issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ditto on Dr. B's comment, on the fungus side, check your medium for compaction, check your pot for proper drainage ... review your watering routine.. don't over water. Any nearby plants, of any kind, what are they showing.... appearance indicates potential leaf miner issue.
