Help! Looks like mold on the leaves but doesn’t rub off easily.

Hi! Can someone please help. First time outdoor grower here, I have 3 plants all in mid flower last night I just noticed one of them has light splotches on the fan leaves that looks like mold to me. How can I get rid of this? I had literally just sprayed with been oil the day before (because of spider mites). I’ve been spraying with 3% hydrogen peroxide last night and today. Thanks!

It’s powdery mildew, I’ve answered my own question. Bought some Bromide potassium salts spray and that seems to be working.
