Help me choose between sf2000 or other light please

Hi, im just starting my first grow. I was going to buy 2x sf2000. But they are expensive and i dont want to spend that much. I found these lights with the same 301b samsung lights but they are half the price. Just curious if anyone thinks they would be as good or if i should spend the extra money and get the sf2000?
