Help me cotyledons turning yellow

Help I ahve people on one side saying let it do what it do and when it ask for nutes give it but other people are saying once they yellow it time for nutes so my question is what do I do ? Let it fall off then give it mutes or start now by the way the plant is 25 days old as of today but 19 days seedling

And if anybody say they need nutes now how do I go about doing it I got the three main general hydrophonics

Plants look good. Maybe a little heavy on nutes for this stage but theyre handling it well.

Transplant the bigger ones in a week or youre gonna learn some shit. You can do a whole grow in a solo cup with coco. But youre not in coco. Maybe im confusing you with someone else but yeah shes ready
