Hello there my friend, honestly they dont look to be far enough along, how long have you been flowering them?.
And do you have multiple girls in one container?.
To me it looks like the hey may need a week or two more with nothing but water fed so as to make sure we wash all notes out and she will have good smoke in the end.I wish I knew all you have done with them and how long ,then id be able to give you better advise.but from where I sit id say they have a couple more weeks.
And not to overstep or judge, throw shade ect.., I would not ever put two sets of roots in one container my friend, it's a easy way to get them root locked.
Well I hope I have helped some, anymore questions are welcome, you know where to find me.Stop by my page some time,kyfarmerb1984, or kyfarmerb.

Hey Old timer welcome to the farm
As other guy said from the blurry picture you do not appear to be close to a harvest window. Can you post another full picture of the plant and a top down of a nice bud close enough to zoom? That will let us know how close you may be.
In the mean time you will need some supplies for curing depending on how you want to finish the harvest.

First step most folks take is to cut the plant down after a night cycle. Bob it at that spot just above the dirt and hang it in a place that will give you stable humidity and temp of approximately 65 f and 62% RH. This target amount is an average for posted drying in several hundreds of journals I have read.
I dry in my smaller tent. I used to cut each stem off and hang them together in a line not touching. I found whole plants dry slower and that helps with flavor and bud condition. Hang plant until an average stem snaps on a bend. If it bends and kinks it is not dry enough. If you have bigger and smaller you can quit the drying phase over a period of time if some take longer.
After the drying you should have a bud that is ready to trim. Cutting all the stems off and lay them out. Then you will strip the stem runs down leaving just the stems. Here is a pic of untrimmed but dried stem runs.

Post some pics. We can talk about curing later.
