My first impression was over-watering but I could be wrong, talk about your watering habits ?
It’s possible I didn’t really have a true schedule but now Iam letting them dry out completely and just watering till I see run off then repeat

As of right now they are inside I have been bringing them outside for hours at a time then I was just leaving them outside till right before the sun went down and got dark and then brought them back inside

Also the lights I use right now are 2 t5 type lights I think 1 is like 54 watts and the other is like 30 something.Inside my closet on the top shelf with a tv underneath.I just bought a hlg 65 light but can’t hang it because I don’t have enough space it would fry my plants with the space I have available now.I am looking to get myself a tent real soon. Thanks you so much Beachwalker I really do appreciate it!!!

Especially if you think this is a phosphorus or potassium issue you would want to check you ph. A plant that young in anything close to proper soil is not going to be off like this. You might have put too much of something in the soil or maybe spilt something on the leaves?

Phosphorous mainly. Are the roots cold or cold and wet? Or were they for extended periods?

More info is needed, such as your medium type, what and when you are feeding them, their age etc. Like @MIMedGrower mentioned, it looks like a P or K excess. The necrosis is a symptom of a deficiency (sometimes, as it depends on time and past practices) that results from an excess of something else, namely P or K. Once you get problems with excesses and deficiencies, it is very easy to chase your tail trying to figure it out, especially when you throw Ph swings into the mix. This is why I recommend a simplistic approach, so that any problems are easy to diagnose and fix.
I'd recommend re-potting into a permanent residence, possibly flush out the existing medium, and go easy on the nutes until you get this sorted out. Of course, it's important to find the true cause of your problems before throwing stuff at it trying to fix it that way.

Looks like to much

Looks like too much Nitrogen.

I'm most curious about your media composition and nutrient solution/feeding regime. Looks like you have a couple things going wrong.

Without singling out and identifying each deficiency or excess, the easiest way to remedy the situation would be to dial in your ph properly for the media and feed it a balanced, diluted nutrient solution with plenty of runoff. But it can be difficult to get poor quality soil to buffer properly, especially if it has a lot of organic amendments. So Jim's advice to repot into some good quality fresh media might not be a bad plan.

So, whats in your pot? and what's in your nutrient solution? ppm & ph?
