Help me please i have no idea what this is

I found a lil white worm look like a maggot during germination i was doing the paper towel method seen it moving on the towel anyone ever seen this im in my 6th year of growing never seen this before

Know i killed it and tossed the rest of the seeds on the paper towel it's wedding cake one germinated ok so i put it in dirt and under the light but have other strains in the dome hope i didn't mess them all up

Maybe i should go pull it out and toss it
