HELP!! Mildew or trichimes?

I noticed on a lower bud either lots of trichomes or mildew. The one bud is obviously different from the rest of the plant

If it’s obviously different, they it’s most likely mold. Cut off the branch and keep going

Definitely mold or mildew for sure. Cut it out or it keeps going
