I don't know what to do. This looks like nitrogen deficiency maybe? Mg deficiency? Bad watering? I'm in HF soil...

about 9 days ago I bottom-watered, and I think it was too much. The first set of leaves started turning yellow, and the second set of leaves curled up and stayed that way. I let it dry out (for 9 days as I said, and watered last night, just a couple of fl ounces for all three plants), but growth has been stunted since that bottom watering, and now the second set of leaves are turning yellow and the first set are dryed up and cracking, and the third set of leaves is curling! soil feels pretty dry now... should I water some more?

Running a 420W light in a 3x3 at 50%, but it's raised pretty high. like 4' I think.

They need to be watered from the top and near their stems. Small plants need to be top watered until their roots have grown deep. Turning the light down low would help, too. I'm not sure they'll recover, though.

oh dear.....did you have a fan on them , blowing warm air ? if not i can only think the light is too bright even at 4 ft, seedlings dont need much at all .
i think its a bit late for these but when i have had issues, (and i overwatered my first 3 grows, ) i mist mine with water with diluted root juice in , while the soil was drying .

Yea that plant is dried out. They need to have a root structure to be able to get to water from bottom watering. Might be able to save it, add some water to it from the top don’t over do it

are you using nutes ? and at the rate the bottle says ? if so thats the issue.
