Looks like thrip damage

I have ordered 25 ladybugs and 100 ladybug larvae, they should arrive in a week and hopefully sort out all pest problems. I will spray Velgro tomorrow for the last time. I have checked all plants throughout and I couldn't see any thrips. If there's any eggs or larvae left in ladybugs should kill them

Not much changed since yesterday... Watered them again, bigger plants drank about 3ltr in 24hrs so its not too bad i think. They are in 25ltr pots. Smaller ones still look crap, i dont see any improvement. No signs of thrips thank god..
