( in general when it come to lights refer to the kind of light (hps, led, fluo etc) and the watt it pull from the wall, not hps/fluo/incandescent equivalent watt advertised by some manufacturer)

People react badly cause they know what there talking about & if your spiky its always gonna be hard for you & them they feel like they have you’ve given you information and it’s like they feel like you have thrown the information back in their face even if that isn’t the case.

I have a hell of a temper, mate that’s why I don’t lose my temper anymore. We each have our crosses to bear.

I can wake up wanting to kill everybody with an axe just coz they woke me up & you definitely didn’t wanna know me when I was younger hanging around hells angels.

I was lucky, mate. I could’ve gone to jail for a long long time even went on the run for two years only to find out the friggin charges had been dropped. That one was a laugh..

So I can’t understand

Anyway, as you said, start to grow diary it’s your best bet
When ppl are polite to me i try to return but I'm human like as all, if ppl are rude, talk down to me, call names, accuse me of lying or imply I'm lying or accuse me of not listening when they haven't even read what i put, is it not right that i stand up for myself ?, look feed, ppl that were polite i was, is this not the way the world should be ?, a teacher that is a wanker is just worse teacher....no?, i own up to my errors and poor behavior and i try to be honest as i should, if others dont, this is not my business or concern, i can only better me.

Honestly? I would start over. Get yourself some decent pots, some decent soil and then let us help you get you going. Those plants will take far more effort to save than they are worth. If you still have seeds, start over ... You'll be glad that you did.

That didn't happen. You started insulting people from the get go. Yes, I was blunt. I told you what I thought. I never once insulted you. You insulted everyone, myself included because you didn't like the answers we gave you. I don't call that spiky. I call that immature. I was actually trying to help you until you started throwing everything in everyone's face.

What we really want is maximim umols in the essential wavelengths with minimum power draw. Right? I mean we all love an 800hp Corvette but none of us wants to fill the tank, lol. The way we get that is an over abundance of diodes running at reduced power. Doubling your wattage doesn't double the light output, it's less than that and there is diminishing return on further increases. So a good lighting solution to stay on the good side of that energy curve is going to be one that can (for example only) draw 1000w from the outlet and set/dimmed to something like 200w output.

I know one thing I ain't reading all these posts so I just give you a little advice make sure when you put your seeds in the dirt whether you germinate them or just put them in make sure they're at least three quarters of an inch deep and four the first five or six weeks just use a spray bottle to water

Carry on

Absolutely! I'm actually pretty good at teaching. You want to learn? Don't attack your teachers.

Just having some fun Sir, fresh start?

Just having some fun Sir, fresh start?

I'll give you a fresh start but there's nothing anyone else finds "fun" about your approach. If you really do want to learn, this is the place to teach you.

Ok, if you really really want a fresh start, lets start with new seeds. Buy a good soil mix. Buy some solo cups and some fabric pots. We can work with your equipment but lets get you started on the right foot.

What brand potting soil is available in your area? The one picture you showed actually looked like a few recent cuttings just stuck in some dry coco. If you don't want to use soil and prefer coco, that is fine as long as you treat coco like coco because its not soil. They don't behave the same at all.

Thank you.
i have got 2 more seeds, but I'm not giving up yet, they will die or pull though, i think one will live at least plus its all learning, the mix is a new one, i have another better type, just trying different soils to solve the problem, it all started same time as i got a bag of cheap pete mix 2 years ish ago from the garden centre, I know correlation doesn't equal causation but still its odd, hence why i thought it was fungal type thing, when or should i say if they grow a bit we could see the leaves better to work it out, or hopefully all the cleaning i did got ride of it or I'm a retard and was doing something wrong for 2 years......to be honest i will take being a retard if it fixes it lol, but weed is fucking easy to grow as you know, its called weed for god sake lol, for someone to grow weed for 2 years and not get one ok crop with sick bald plants .......well we will see i guess, thank you again Sir.

What is available in your area? In my area, Fox Farm's Ocean Forest 1.5 cu ft bag is $12.99 + sales tax. It's a good buy at that price. Other areas aren't so lucky and they pay an arm and a leg to get a hold of the good stuff. Don't get me wrong, its not the only good soil out there. Far from it. It's an example of what you should be looking for in a soil mix. Here's what you want:

A) Well draining, high organic soil mix
B) pH should be slightly acidic - 6.0 to 6.8 is fine but the sweet spot is about 6.5 pH. Ocean forest is pre-calibrated at the factory to hit that pH range. All you have to do to it is moisten it a few weeks prior to use to get the buffering to activate.
C) About 10% extra perlite for better O2 exchange with the roots. It also helps with dry back which is critical before watering again.

If you think you can make something of the starts you have, fine ... no harm in trying. However, bury most of the stretched seedlings stems when you transplant them. They are too spindly for proper support on their own.

Looking close at the pic, it looks like you have pests and not gnats. An infestation with young plants will give you plants like yours. Since you stated three years plus with issues and you were happy with your results before, look close for bugs.

I would also guess that when you sprayed Neam oil, you probably saturated the soil and throw that off. A good flush and add top soil might help but if it’s bugs, I would scrap the whole thing and start cleaning like a madman.

Hi ya, thank you for looking into this, much appreciated, i looked for some time with jewels loop last night, i couldn't see anything moving or anything that looked like a bug type thing, maybe eggs?, or could be dandruff, but my eyes are not what they were, the cabinet is by a window that is mostly open, i do get bugs buzzing around sometimes no doubt that is how i got fugues gnats years ago. I tried to take better pics to see, will keep looking and will update diary next day or two, i think 2 will pull through 1 at least, the neem oil was weak and i didn't use much, when watering i run of a small amount so fingers crossed, thank you and all again for help, cheers.
