So I finely have gotten back into growing after a bunch years and I am starting to have some issues with my plants.

I have noticed that on some of the new growth on one of the plants is a dark purple colour as well as some stripping on the branches. However there is no discoloration on the main stalk and the plant is thriving.

I was curious if any one has an idea of what this could be. I'm not quite sure if it lines up with a nutrient deficiency or not.

The strain is a mango kush in which I have topped several times and tied down.

I've seen post after post of this same purple new growth. The consensus is that it is either a bacteria or fungus. (Not the purple you get from cold temps)

The stripes on the branches is a good indicator of a phosphorus deficiency.

Any ideas of how would would go about treating the fungus/bacteria?
I noticed some white pistils this morning however it seems a little early to be budding as we are still at roughly 15 hours day light in southern Ontario.
I am not sure if it makes a difference or not but are temps here for the last few weeks have be 40+ C during the day and 20C + at night than suddenly went down to around 15C +/- at night.
