Should I cut the big leaves off this plant to let the side branches get the light ? Only on the plant on the left cause it’s getting out of control

The rest are ok but it would make sense to have the branches get light ?

when do I flip to flower ? From seed there almost 3 weeks old . Probably go another 3 weeks veg ?

Plants will double in size or more once u flip. You'll be amazed how big they get. I'd flip in a week. With that many plants in that size tent , u r gonna be wall to wall in no time. U may also need a heater in there as well . Many things to consider .

Should I trim some leaf off it the big one to expose the branches ?

Entirely up to you. Trim before flower though

Personally, I would pull the two fan leaves that are covering branches. Leave everything else.
