Help Please Male or Female?

1 is male (or herm) for sure, male stamens are present and have already released pollen, the 2nd has female filaments but the shape is male/herm, not a female looking pre-flower. I think they are both true herm (dual sexed - male/female).
Careful!! Pollen is tricky spores can travel 2+ miles in a strong wind and pollinate the neighbors crops! (or your own)? Destroy Immediately!
Hose down the male with water to kill the pollen, and garbage bag over the entire plant and trash it or firepit.
