Help please!! Spots on leaves

Hi wonderful people,

So went to check on the girls this morning and found a couple of the bottom fan leaves like this. Any help welcome.

I watered them yesterday anf they were fine, I also turned my light up so it may be damage from that.

Would be surprised as i have never hasd this issue in the past.J have had a look and it seems more like light burn from some water residue. I will keep you guys posted. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Listen to Imzz. Turn the leaves over and look at the other side. That stippling looks like leaf suckers.

Thrips look to be a legit diagnosis based off Izz posted link. Nice link btw

I had damage that looked similar from red mites
