Can someone tell me what’s wrong with this plant and how I can save it

Looks like a thrip infection , but also please follow up with more info about your grow . What type of soil you use, what’s your Ph , what nutes abs NPK ration , etc.

Im using a Gro soil from the hydro shop. PH is at 6.0 for the water I use. Im using Easy Grow Nutes. They are roughly 4 weeks old. Waiting for pre flowers as grew from seed.

I have 6 plants and the other 5 dont seem to be showing the same symptoms, so if it was insects I was thinking they would be on the others too.
