so my landlord seen my set up that is 2 600 watt lights and 5 plants in flower and 12 plants in veg. And I talked to him and he seemed ok with it but he wants to check in with the house insurance to see if it's ok. Now I don't know what to expect. Any ppl who know wasup, can you guys help please? Thank you! All the info I can get on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ppl

When I got ripped my insurance covered lights ,ballasts. equipment , Hell even jars, pipes, and pipe cleaners , but not the flowers, clones or seedlings. they paid for the window repair and a jimmied inside door repaired. Then offered a 10% discount on my coverage if I put in an alarm system.

I think you will find the insurance will cover the landlord's interests, but your renters insurance maybe lacking.
