Help. Purple kush plant. Bud rot?

So this is first time I have attempted to grow plants. They seemed to be doing great. I went away for a week and came back to some buds looking purple and some normal. I think it’s bud rot.
1. is it bud rot or normal for this plant?
2 if it bud rot..should I harvest now and cut loses.
3. Should I cut out almost half plant and let what’s left keep going.

I think I have at least 2 weeks until I should harvest.

The purple colors have nothing to deal with budrot.....are more related to genetic traits and sometimes cold temps

Did you see any yellow dead part inside the bud or some gray mold?

No, I was concerned because it’s not on all the buds. Just some of them. They don’t seem to be dead. But it’s only some of the buds. I also noticed a little white on 2 leafs

I posted some more pictures. But there is only say 1/3 or less of the plant that has these purple looking buds. I tried to show different buds. Same plant.

If it’s not crunchy dead I wouldn’t worry about it. Maybe it’s the strain.

Not saying it's necessarily this but you might want to check it out good luck

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

Has anyone seen this issue before? Temps have been hot: 28-31C Day / 15-22C Night with 75-85% humidity Avg. Appears to be affecting all plants in the garden except a freezeland/timewarp strain that had flowered itself and was in and out of veg/flower all summer. Other than that some 15 or 16...

Anytime i’ve had “budrot” its at the bottom of the bud with a caterpillar inside, working its way up leaving a track of little turdballs, the leaves turn grey and pull off easily.

You’ll know the bud rot when you see it. Some moldy smell, tendrils of mycelium, not the good kind. Brown / blackish necrosis.

thanks. That thread is helpful. But does not seem like it’s a good thing. No easy answer on why either.

Buds get purple when temps drop, not all, and not all at once.
I have several purple, black, blue strains this year, they are desirable to grow here.
I am waiting for colder nights. Mine have just started turning purple.
Nothing to worry about.
