Ok Lino I'd rather not get into a pissing contest but seen as you're the expert you must have realised that the temps I previously stated in Celsius would be below freezing point if they were in Fahrenheit so i didn't think about TRYING to be specific as an EXPERT would realise immediately. Anyway.... take care x

Guymandude...
Not sure about root rot now. Absolutely no slime anywhere at bottom of pots... pics included... I foliar fed one plant with a light Epsom salt spray today and added root protection to the res.
They all look very marginally better since cal mag I think..
Res 67f
PH 5.5
EC 1.2 (600ppm US)
Those roots are trashed. Honestly, I would start over. I know I said earlier to quarantine by health and you can save them, but those roots are in bad shape.
Is there a foul smell as well?
Even if you do manage to save them, I am sure the stress is gonna affect sex and potency.
Also, the Mammoth P and other bacterium need to be used from the start and it's not good to switch up brands in the middle. But at this point, I don't think any thing could hurt you more than you are.

It's ok there are 40 others that are fine, plus I have 6 mums going...
you think the nutes are too high?
It's weird how the others are fine.

If you have 40 others and 6 mom's, don't waste the time or energy to save them.

I would still drop my nutes to around 100ppm once those plants are in their own reservoir. Build up from there. Change water every couple days with ph'd flush of plain water in between. Try to get more oxygen to those roots as well.

Ok mate, thanks for your help.. and everyone else..
I'm interested to see what happens so will keep them going for now.
If nothing else it's a lesson learnt
Peace

um, yeah, those roots are nasty. I was wooried about root aphids but you have pythium. scrap the plants with crappy roots, bleach the hell out of whatever they were in, air lines, air stones, feed lines, etc. get a bigger air pump, bigger air stones, turn the chiller down 5 degrees F and start again

The res ph drifts upwards a bit over the course of a week as it diminishes.. the ppm stays about the same..

Are you adjusting that ph in your resivour? Gotta stay on it and do top offs and stuff. You need to figure out why you got root rot and how to prevent it and scrap this grow. It's done datta.

I let the PH swing a little bit but yeah it gets topped off..
the scrappy ladies are getting better and are in flower now and it's not spread to anything else so I'm keeping them going.. I know the yield etc will be low
I'm not in the States where it's semi legal or whatever so I'm keeping em!
