Help Stoped Growing

So one of my 4 plants stop growing, i did the main lain cutting. did cut the tip of the plant and all below 3 node. It was 8 days a go , since then no sing of growing.
It also doesn't look like she will recover :(
Any suggestions what to do , or just forget a bout this one and focus rest 3 plants.
