Long time smoker, never grown before. I have been given a ~4 week old blue cheese plant that has been growing by sunlight in a window. It's about 5-6 inches tall and looks healthy. It has been well looked after and fed seaweed fertiliser as well as having good soil . the seed is an auto and I can already see the sex a bit.

I have repurposed a box that has a light and airflow for growing by adding reflective foil to the insides. The box was used for drying meat so the setup seems perfect.

I have ordered led lights

So my question,

Is it okay/will it benefit switching the plant to this setup. It will have about 7 hours of sunlight in my window.

Are these bulbs okay?

those bulbs would be slow going at best...will it grow under those bulb's...maybe but not very well...7 hours of direct sunlight through a window sounds like a better option but that's my opinion ...but theres a few guys on here that have done it just to prove a point with dollar store LED's but those guys a REAL good...look up Big cube on here...i believe he's one of them

@budgrower420 suggest you research lights and tents a bit before spending money on these particular lights, that unless your planning on having ten or more, won’t give you any results that you’re imagining. Then with more lights also comes more heat to be dissipated and dealt with... It’s a whole process you’ll have to figure for. imho
