As I keep looking it is all over just worse on bottom. I've sprayed with neem a few times. Also when you talk about bud washing ..is it just spraying them off with water? Rain coming tomorrow night. I rather let the rain wash it .

Can you take a picture of the whole plant? What kind of strain is this and how long has she been in flower?

I am not sure of strain. I had several in a envelope I've collected lol. I planted her outside by seed in May. I probably have until 2nd week in October before frost. My biggest worry is the funk it has . Either the sept. One or what ever it is. I've lost a couple buds already. I spray need but not helping too much. And don't wanna ruin buds that are healthy yet. This is only my second grow. Last year's was superb! I harvested 2nd week of October if I'm not mistaken.

So your question is can you harvest her now or not? You can check the trichomes, if they are milky white/cloudy they are usually ready to harvest. You say you've lost a couple of buds, what do you mean by that? What kind of spray do you use and why do you spray her, is it animals / insects?

If you are going to flush her, i.e. wash the soil away from salts and nutrients, this must be done 2 weeks before harvesting. But I am not familiar with growing outdoors as I only grow indoors.

I spray with neem oil. It's maybe like a mite and then a disease where my leaves get brown spots and some dry up. I cut the worst ones off before I lost those buds. I believe she's ready any how now . For sure milky and not clear. I don't wanna wait too long. Being NE michigan I have October and then we are done pretty much for out door. And I have tried inside with no luck at all. I can grow house plants like a jungle ! Just not Mary inside lol

If you think she is ready, you make her ready for harvesting, it is only you who decides. In other words, growing cannabis is all about cycling. I am also quite new to this game. Practice makes perfect.
