Tpanhart did you ever figure out what was causing the curling? I tried using my example to help hone in on your issue with an identical symptom.
Honestly I'm not sure because I couldn't seem to correct the problem, I'm thinking it may have been from overwatering or heat stress but not sure exactly

When mine curl a little bit like that, I think it’s from the wicked sun we have here, and not enough water. I I hope those were autos.

During dark cycles plants will rest, if the medium is really wet, your plant is still drinking so, they lean out and chill, once light is back in the equation it’ll liven up a bit. Nice beautiful color on that thing.

What if it happened early morning just a little after the sun started to hit on the plant?

Well, at that point, I would only be making educated guesses, I’m really an indoor guy, but is it staying like that through noon time?

Her leaves are nice and plump, so a tad overwatered. Let her dry out a little more between waterings.
