Haha I am a newbie - this is my first one! have no idea why one looks like it’s finished but the others not so much. Any idea?

That’s a very good way to explain, in this situation.. is it better to chop the mature one? Then wait for the rest to be ready

yes, they'll only be a few days difference you'll see, the trichs can change colors within a few days, so be bob marley and don't worry about a thing :)
