Help With Diagnosis

Baby Girl seems to be growing okay, but older leaves are spotted and new leaves have burned tips. I thought previously it may have been a calcium deficincey, but I really don't know. Thank you in advance for your help!

Approximately 30" tall 12 Hrs Light

Looks like potassium and or magnesium. Could be many reasons. Can you give details of the grow.
