Hello everyone, there is a lot of information out there and some really crazy excessive recipes with 20 items, which isn't ideal.

It's rather confusing and difficult to find the best tea for my living soil. I've never used one before and I have a pump on the way.

I'm im search of advice, knowledge and recipes for my situation and generally a recipe that won't break the bank.

Your going want one with a higher N value to accommodate the stretching. If you want to keep it simple just add 3G of water to a bucket and get it bubbling for 24 hours if it’s tap.
add 3 cups of earthworm casings and about 1/2 cup of high nitrogen bat guano and a cup of molasses.
bubble for 24 hours reduce by 1:3 and dump that shit on. It helps a bit to pre water if your pots are dry.

The stretching will likely be over by the time I have the ingredients.

I honestly am still unsure, would I need more phospurus ?

I think a good balance of n-p-k early in flower is ok and then increase cal- p and k around week 3
