Help with gavitas, wont turn on

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I switched over go gavita 1700e pro series and they won't turn on. My power is all good I know I have more than enough amps. I keep getting a green blinking light on my ballast which means power interruption according to the gavita website. Do you have to use the gavita controller to turn it on? I have a receipt to return them and get new ones but I'm tring to avoid that if it's human error. Any help would be amazing

Did they send you correct power supplies and adpaters for the voltage you need?

Here are the instructions, wiring is different when using without controller so verify that connection is correct.

Did you figure this out? If so, what was the culprit? Finding myself in this exact spot. Thanks

you need a gavita led adapter and a little plug that looks like a phone jack needs to be plugged into port
