Day 54, 2 autos, one indica other sativa.
There are tiny flies in the soil, upon research they seem to be gnats. I've got a tub of cider vinegar and washing up liquid sat in each pot (no flies in them in 24 hours) I've ordered several things to try but don't know which is best, what can and can not be used together, or any order to do it in (see pics) I'm also waiting on sticky traps to put in there.
I'm having trouble with high humidity, internal fan and exhaust on maximum and several small fans running gets it to 50% at the lowest, it's been as high as 80%. Temp 20 to 25c / 68 to 77f.
I've ordered a small dehumidifier but it's not arrived yet.
No water for 36 hours so far.
I sprayed a little bug and aphid spray intended for roses on the soil.
I've got a fan directed at the soil.
This is only my 2nd grow, the last one wasn't good.
Thanks.

Honestly some unscreened castings like Colorado worm company will put predators in there to eat the larvae for you. I swear by them, BUT make sure your tent vents have panty hose over them or the mites and centipedes, all that might escape

I'm in the UK, not USA.
I was thinking about going hunting for ladybugs to put in there to eat the gnats, would that work?
I've used mosquito bits today.

Way I understand it.. lady bugs will eat eggs that are laid on the stem and leaves of the plant. If these are gnats you are dealing with, they will be in the soil. Lady bugs may not help. If they are aphids, they will help because they lay their eggs on the plant. Using DE will also kill lady bugs. Could be a waste of your money.

I thought of this thread and had a chuckle as I was watering in a couple of pots lastnight to put a couple of popped Gorilla Glue seeds in. The soil was Death Valley dry. But all the DE in the soil gave it a ghostly pearl effect.

So far I haven't seen anything on the plant itself, only on / in the soil or flying around.
Did not consider DE being bad for lady bugs although it seems obvious now you've pointed it out.
The numbers have definitely declined so something is working, but it isn't solved yet.
I'm letting it finish drying out after mosquito bits treatment yesterday then I'll use the DE either late tonight or early tomorrow morning.
I have not been feeding whilst using these gnat treatments incase of a reaction, do you think it's safe to feed or should I just stick to water for now?

Should be fine to feed. Probably better to do that before applying the DE. That way it gets to sit around for a while without being disturbed.

Work the DE into the soil. Insects in the soil will die of a million cuts as they get on or in the soil. Watering/feeding has no ill effects concerning DE. Last time I bought DE was a 40lb box of it at a pool/spa supply store for $1.00 per lb.
