Help with lighting LED flourescent

Hey guys I bought a new led shop light and I’m wondering if its gonna be okay to use for my freshly rooted clones in red solo cups? Also how close should the light be from the plants?

You should be ok with that since you're saying the clones are already rooted. I use 5000k LED shop lights for a good part of my vegging before switching to my quantum boards a week or so before flipping to flower.

How close? The plants should tell you. Start 12"-16" and gradually lower.

I'm using these Barrina shop lights I bought on Amazon at 6"- 8" from the plants. 7 Plants under 8 lights.

Thank you for the fast response! Yes they have already rooted and just transplanted to solo cups. The lights you are using are a bit more power being super bright white... mine are only bright white but I’m not looking for fast growth, I’m looking to just keep them alive till they can be put in the tent. I had it a bit further away so i moved the plants closer and light down a bit to a better range of 12-14 inches. Thank you again!
