I don’t remember exactly but it’s between 24 and 30 inches away. I have it set to 50% power/brightness.How far is your light?
What’s going on guys and gals. This is my first post and first time growing so please feel free to move this thread if it’s in the wrong area. I have two Pineapple auto seedlings that are about 8 days old. I got them from Growers Choice on 7/26. I immediately put them in water for approximately 18 hours and then transferred to damp paper towels. Once the tap root was about half an inch I put them immediately in their “forever pot”. I am running the 3 gallon fabric pots that came with my Mars Hydro kit 27x27/63(inches). For medium I am using Fox Farms Happy Frog. I water (distilled water) a tiny amount every day or so and run my ts1000 on the 18/6 schedule. I have tried posting in my local FB groups but they are little to no help. I am hoping one, or even a few of you kind folks would take a look at my girls so far and see how they are doing. One of them is about a day or two behind the other since she took her time to pop out of the soil. Thank you so very
The suspense is killing me…I kept my light at
I have no idea why it posted that. Lmao. Im sorry. The suspense is killing me…
What % intensity did you run it at? I am going to try and keep the plants low to the ground and am looking forward to some LST once they are old enough.I kept my light about 18" from them. You dont want them to stretch too much. Dont water them everyday. Seedling drink slow. I watered mine about once a week. Until they hit the vegitation stage.. im no pro myself but. Passing on what i did.
I dont have a driver. Im running 3 mars hydro ts600's. Full spectrum. today is day 18 for my autos and im gonna start LST today after work. 5 gal fabric pots, fox farm happy frog soil and yesterday was first nute feeding. What % intensity did you run it at? Trust me it wont take long. After week 1 i was like "wtf" still looks like a seedling. Than realized i was literally watching a pot of water boil lol. So i stopped looking at themLooking good! Mine has quite some catching up to do!
That makes me feel much better. I usually check on them a couple times a day which is driving me insane so I have set a schedule to check on them in the morning and in the evening.Trust me it wont take long. I just downloaded a couple Lux apps (iPhone) so I can check that. Great advice!Yep, about 24-30 inches for light distance for seedlings. Then download the Lux app. So u can monitor light strength. Once you download app, put phone down at plant top, facing up. Lux reading should be around 5k to start. Read up on that, it's critical. By the way- Welcome
I get up at 6am for work, turn my lights on (i dont even open the tent) i check on them the second i get home (4pm) than i check em at 11:50pm. (Light goes off at 12am) 18/6. Absolutely the most perfect schedule. It's completely in sync with my sleep schedule. I said to myself "this is my calling"That makes me feel much better.
