Help with physan 20

How do i run this in my undercurrent system i have some plants that i dont know if it is my bene's staining the roots or if they are rotting or what. they are not slimmy. but was going to enoculate them.
so i just picked up some DM zone and some PHYSAN.
what is the best way to treat these plants.
OR
do i just kill them and start over :worried

In my old DWC bucket system i had pythium and algae separate occasions, did physan 20 3ml per 25 gallons and left em expsoed for 6 hours, drain after 6 hours or you will fry your plants, one time i left them sitting in this shit for 24 hours, came back to the deadest ;plants ever
